Accessibility
Last updated July 27, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use Vandel, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time checkbox.
What we do
The site uses semantic HTML and labelled form controls so screen readers can announce them, keeps a visible keyboard-focus indicator, respects the operating system's reduced-motion preference, and is built to work with the keyboard alone. We check color contrast and structure as we build.
Known limits
Some parts of the product are still improving, and third-party components we embed (such as sign-in and payment) are controlled by their providers. If you hit a barrier anywhere, we want to fix it.
Tell us about a problem
If any part of Vandel is hard to use with assistive technology, email support@vandel.dev with the page and what went wrong. We'll respond and work with you on an alternative way to get what you need in the meantime.
